- Ensure all infrastructure, such as ladders, scaffolding, and required electrical plug points, is in place.
- Fans are only compatible with specific manufacturer-provided rods. Existing fans and rods must be removed prior to the technician's visit.
- Drilling is not performed on tiles.
- Ceiling cutting is not provided.
